These terms govern your use of Inbox Watcher, operated by Remedy Center LLC ("we", "us"), 125 S 2nd St, Boonville, IN 47601, USA. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Inbox Watcher checks a Gmail account you connect for new messages from senders and domains you choose, reminds you about deadlines you add, and notifies you by phone call and, if you opt in, text message. We read message headers only (sender, subject, date), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to connect the inbox and phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping your watch list, phone number and quiet hours accurate. Do not use Inbox Watcher to monitor an inbox you do not own or control.

Text messages

Texts are sent only after you opt in as described on our Text alerts page. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No guarantee of delivery

Notifications depend on Google, telephone carriers and other networks outside our control. We work to deliver every alert promptly but cannot guarantee that any particular email will be detected or any call or text delivered. Inbox Watcher supplements, and does not replace, checking your email.

Fees

Paid plans, if you choose one, are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Ending your use

You can disconnect Gmail or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or the networks it relies on.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Inbox Watcher is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from a missed or delayed notification.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continuing to use Inbox Watcher after a change means you accept it.
