Why a phone call
Push notifications are the ones that go unnoticed: one of two hundred that day. A ringing phone is a different category. Inbox Watcher is for the handful of senders where a missed email costs real money or a deadline.
How it works
- Connect Gmail. Sign in with Google and grant read access to message headers only.
- Add your mobile number. Calls work right away. Texts are optional: you tick a box to receive them, and can reply STOP at any time.
- Build your watch list. Add individual addresses (lawyer@firm.com) or whole domains (yourbank.com).
- Choose how you're reached for each sender. Text then call, call then text, call only, or text only, plus what counts as seen: picking up, pressing a key, replying, or tapping a link.
- We check every minute. When a watched sender writes, we call or text. If you haven't confirmed, we follow up, then stop.

Deadline Watcher
Some things that can't be missed aren't emails. Add a deadline (the loan packet, the license renewal, the filing date) and Inbox Watcher calls you before it's due: the day before, that morning, an hour before, at the deadline, or whenever you choose. Each reminder keeps trying until you've seen it. Press 2 on the call or reply DONE when it's finished and the reminders stop; if it isn't done, you'll hear about it every morning until it is.
What we can see
We ask Google for metadata only: sender, subject and date. Inbox Watcher is technically unable to read the body of your email or its attachments, and we never store message content. Your phone number is used only to reach you about your own email. Privacy policy.

During the private beta every account gets Personal features free. We'll email you before any paid plan starts, and nothing is ever charged without your agreement.
